DevOps Engineer
Engineering
Doha · On-site
Full-time
MeetPass does not ship to one cloud tenant. The same product has to run as managed SaaS, inside a customer private cloud, on a ministry’s own servers, and on a fully air-gapped installation with no outbound connectivity at all. You own the pipeline and the runtime that make all four the same release.
What you will work on
- Build and maintain deployment paths for managed cloud, private cloud, on-premise and air-gapped installations
- Package signed release bundles that can be carried into a disconnected site on physical media and verified there
- Run infrastructure in-country on GCP Doha and Azure Qatar Central, with data residency held to the customer’s policy
- Monitor gate readers, printers and services so device health raises an alert before an officer notices
- Keep the gate clearing valid passes when connectivity drops, and reconcile cleanly when the link returns
- Own backup, restore and upgrade procedures a security committee will audit
What we are looking for
- Strong Linux, containers and infrastructure-as-code
- CI/CD you have built yourself, not inherited
- Real experience running systems that cannot phone home
- Comfortable writing the runbook, not just the script
- Bonus: prior work under a government or regulated security review

Full Stack Engineer

Four interfaces sit on one credential layer — the guest & host app, the organisation dashboard, the security app and the guest portal. You will work across the API and the screens, in a product that is Arabic-first and has to stay correct in right-to-left from the first render.
What you will work on
- Build features end to end across the REST API and the four interfaces
- Ship signed-QR issuance and sub-second validation that also works offline at the gate
- Extend the meeting record — agendas, live minutes, e-signature, tasks and follow-up threads
- Design API surfaces other systems consume: core objects, signed webhooks, since-cursors and rate limits
- Treat Arabic and RTL as a first-class requirement, not a translation pass at the end
- Write against an append-only audit trail where nothing is quietly editable — including by us
What we are looking for
- Confident on both sides of the stack, with a real opinion about API design
- Modern JavaScript and a server language you know well
- Care about correctness in a product where a wrong record is a security incident
- Able to work in Arabic and English, or willing to build for a language you do not read
- Bonus: offline-first or sync-conflict experience

Marketing Specialist with AI

We sell to four very different buyers — ministries, large enterprises, businesses and organisations, and non-profits — in two languages, on a product whose main claim is sovereignty. You will run demand generation and content with AI in your toolchain, and be accountable for the pipeline it produces.
What you will work on
- Own bilingual content — Arabic and English written as originals, not machine output shipped raw
- Use AI tooling to research, draft and repurpose at volume, with a human editing standard you enforce
- Build campaigns per segment: B2G, B2E, B2B and NGO buy for completely different reasons
- Turn the platform’s evidence — a live ministry proof of concept, ISO certifications, published research — into material a procurement team can act on
- Run the website as a working funnel: search, structured data, landing pages and measurable conversion
- Support briefings, events and partnership days with material that arrives before the meeting does
What we are looking for
- Marketing experience in B2B or B2G, ideally technical or security-adjacent
- Fluent, practical use of AI tools — and the judgement to know when the output is not good enough
- Native or near-native Arabic and strong English
- Comfortable being measured on pipeline, not impressions
- Bonus: GCC public-sector procurement literacy

System Integrator

A deployment is only real when it is wired into what the customer already runs — their directory, their gates, their watchlists, their calendars. You are the person on site who makes MeetPass fit an environment that was never designed for it, and who is trusted inside the customer’s building.
What you will work on
- Integrate identity: Active Directory, Entra ID, SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning
- Wire physical hardware — turnstiles, barriers, access controllers, QR scanners, badge printers and ANPR feeds
- Connect watchlist sync from central, state and departmental registers, including signed bundle import for air-gapped sites
- Set up calendar and directory connectors, and payment gateways such as SkipCash for paid events
- Run proofs of concept on customer infrastructure and hand over a documented, supportable installation
- Be the technical voice in the room during evaluation and security review
What we are looking for
- Hands-on integration experience across software and physical access hardware
- Networking, LDAP and API debugging you can do standing at a gate
- Presentable and credible in front of a government security committee
- Arabic and English, and a valid driving licence for customer sites
- Bonus: prior visitor-management, access-control or building-systems deployments

Yes. All four are Doha-based — engineering and delivery are on-site, and the marketing role can be hybrid. The System Integrator role also involves customer sites across the country.
For the marketing and system integrator roles, yes — native or near-native Arabic with strong English. For the engineering roles it helps, but building correctly for a language you do not read is an acceptable substitute.
A first conversation, a technical or portfolio discussion depending on the role, and a meeting with the people you would work with. We aim to be quick and to tell you clearly either way.
