How the platform fits together.

No. The door, the room and the hall are licensed separately. A ministry may take only the door; a corporate HQ usually takes the door and the room. Adding a part later is a licence change, not a migration.

One credential layer and one audit trail. Whichever pass a person holds, verification, the authorisation chain and the record are the same — so there is no second system to reconcile.

No. MeetPass drives the turnstiles, barriers, controllers and printers you already run, and authenticates against your existing directory. It unifies them under one credential and one dashboard.

There is no per-site limit. One dashboard spans every building, with role-based access for each location's security team and reporting that rolls up or breaks down by site.

Roles are reassigned without touching the record. The organisation holds the data, so a handover moves the responsibility while the members, history, minutes and attendance stay intact.
