Sovereign access, built in the Gulf.

MeetPass is a product of Source Code Tech Solutions, built in Doha to give government and enterprise a credential layer that keeps data where it belongs.

Our mission

Keep access data where it belongs.

Global tools ask you to trust their cloud with your most sensitive records. We built MeetPass on the opposite principle — sovereignty first, for the institutions that cannot compromise.

  • Sovereignty first on your infrastructure
  • Arabic-first built for the region
  • Security by design from the gate to the database

Our story

From an agency in Doha to a ministry's infrastructure.

Not a startup origin myth. A decade of client work that kept surfacing the same unsolved problem, and a decision to stop working around it.

01

The agency years

Source Code Tech Solutions began life as Genesis Advertising and Sports Solutions, building websites, apps and digital campaigns for Qatari businesses. Over a decade, more than a hundred projects went out of the door — for energy, healthcare, government, retail, sport and hospitality clients across the country.

What that bought us: an unusually direct understanding of how organisations in this region actually procure, deploy and run software — and how often a good product fails because it was designed somewhere else.

02

The problem we kept meeting

The same gap appeared on client after client. Buildings had gates, guards and a visitor book. Meetings had invitations and, if anyone remembered, notes. Nothing joined the two, and nothing could answer a simple question three weeks later: who was here, who invited them, and what was decided.

The tools that solved half of it were foreign, cloud-only, and answered to a jurisdiction our clients could not accept.

03

Building MeetPass

So we built the whole span instead of a corner of it — one credential layer carrying five pass types, from the request at the gate to the signed minutes in the room. Arabic-first from the first screen, and deployable on the customer's own infrastructure, up to fully air-gapped.

Five passes, four interfaces, one audit trail. The thing we could not buy for our clients, so we made it.

04

A ministry took it seriously

A national security ministry approached MeetPass directly to run a proof of concept — on its own infrastructure, against its own architecture, security posture and deployment requirements.

It is the proof point that reframes what this category can be: not a lobby iPad, but a system a sovereign institution will run inside its own walls.

What we value

Principles are cheap. Here is what ours cost us.

Every company lists values. The useful test is what a principle makes you do that is inconvenient — so each one below says what it costs in practice.

01

Sovereignty

Your data lives on your infrastructure — never traded for convenience.

In practice: we build and maintain on-premise and air-gapped deployments, which is materially harder than shipping one cloud tenant. We do it because the alternative disqualifies us from the buyers we exist to serve.

02

Region-first

Arabic-first and built in Doha, for how the GCC actually procures and operates.

In practice: every interface is RTL from the first screen rather than translated afterwards, and the people who support it are in the same time zone as your gate.

03

Security by design

Defence-in-depth from the gate to the database, audited at every layer.

In practice: the audit trail is append-only and we cannot quietly edit it either — which is the point of it existing.

04

Accountability

Every entry logged and answerable — because access is accountability.

In practice: we publish only what we hold. Standards in progress are labelled an alignment track, never presented as certification.
