These terms govern your use of the MeetPass website. They are not the agreement under which the MeetPass platform is licensed — that is a separate signed contract. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation or a commitment, and nothing here creates a right to use the product.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

2. Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by Source Code Tech Solutions W.L.L, a company registered in the State of Qatar, office at Building 11, Zone 53, Street 744, Doha, Qatar. "MeetPass" is a product of that company.

3. What this website is for

This site describes the MeetPass platform and how it is deployed. It is provided for general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a proposal, a tender response, or advice of any kind — legal, security, regulatory or otherwise.

Descriptions of features, modules, integrations and deployment models reflect the product as we describe it at the date shown above. What is actually delivered to you is defined only by a signed agreement and its accompanying scope.

4. Permitted use

You may view, download and print material from this site for your own internal evaluation and business purposes, provided you keep all notices intact and do not misrepresent the source.

You must not

• Copy, republish, resell or systematically extract material from the site for commercial use without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, without our prior written consent
• Introduce malicious code, or use the site in a way that damages, disables or impairs it
• Use automated means to scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, or to build a competing dataset or product
• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through any form on the site
• Use the site or its content in any way that breaches applicable law, sanctions or export controls

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, layout, graphics, illustrations, diagrams, icons, code and the arrangement of them — is owned by Source Code Tech Solutions W.L.L or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law. No right or licence is granted to you except the limited use described above.

"MeetPass", the MeetPass mark and the MeetPass logo are marks of Source Code Tech Solutions W.L.L. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

6. Third-party names, links and comparisons

Product names, company names and marks belonging to other organisations are the property of their respective owners. They are referred to on this site only to identify those products, and their mention does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.

Where this site compares MeetPass with other products, that comparison is compiled from information those vendors publish, as at the review date stated alongside it. Vendors change their products and packaging frequently. The comparison is our good-faith reading, not a statement of fact about another company's current offering. If you believe something is out of date or inaccurate, tell us and we will review it.

This site links to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

7. Research figures, calculators and illustrative results

This site cites published research from third parties and attributes each figure to its source. We reproduce those figures in good faith. We do not warrant the accuracy of another organisation's research, and citing it is not a claim that the same result will occur in your environment.

8. Enquiries, demonstrations and pricing

Prices, tiers and packages shown on this site are indicative and may change. They do not constitute an offer. Any price that applies to you is the one set out in a written quotation or agreement signed by us.

Submitting an enquiry, a quote request or a briefing request does not create a contract and does not oblige us to supply anything. We may decline any enquiry at our discretion.

Information you send us through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential, classified or personally sensitive material through a web form; where confidentiality is required we will arrange an appropriate channel and, where suitable, a non-disclosure agreement.

9. The product is governed by a separate agreement

Use of the MeetPass platform — whether as managed cloud, private cloud, on-premise or air-gapped — is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the deploying organisation. That agreement sets out licensing, service levels, support, security commitments, data processing, deployment scope and liability.

Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails. Nothing on this site varies it, adds to it, or creates any warranty or service commitment.

10. Availability of the site

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for operational or security reasons without notice, and we may change its content at any time.

11. No warranty for site content

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and freedom from error or malicious code.

This section limits statements made on this website. It does not limit any warranty expressly given in a signed agreement for the product.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Source Code Tech Solutions W.L.L will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or reliance on its content, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this website is limited to one thousand Qatari Riyals (QAR 1,000).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Source Code Tech Solutions W.L.L and its officers and employees against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful or unauthorised use of this website.

14. Lawful use, sanctions and export control

You must not access or use this website, or seek to procure the MeetPass platform, in breach of applicable sanctions, export-control laws or any other law that applies to you or to us. We may decline to deal with any party where doing so would place us in breach of such laws.

15. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

16. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or this website are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The competent courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

18. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are between you and us; no third party has a right to enforce them.
